Volume 1, Number 2 now available
The theme of Volume 1, Number 2 (Pentecost 2007) is “What is Lutheran Worship?”
Volume 1, Number 1 now available
The theme of Volume 1, Number 1 (Advent 2006) is “Our Lutheran Future.”
Christus Lux, the Journal of the Society of the Three Trees, is published twice a year: Advent and Pentecost.
Each issue of Christus Lux contains three primary sections: Articles, Sermons, and Book Reviews.
Articles on the Bible, Lutheran identity, and multi-cultural topics are included in each issue, along with other topics.
Christus Lux has a 2000 word limit for articles, and a 600 word limit for book reviews. Word limits for sermons depends on space available. The journal is 6 x 9 and approximately 80 pages.
All proceeds from Christus Lux, minus operating costs, will go to scholarships for students attending Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary.
